Privacy Policy

The Last Witness is a local investigation journal. We do not collect personal data through the app. Testimony pins, contradiction progress, verdict drafts, and investigator notes you enter are stored on your device using on-device storage APIs provided by iOS.
Photos or audio you attach while documenting evidence remain under your control on the device unless you choose to export them through standard iOS share sheets. Camera, microphone, and photo library access are requested only when you start those actions inside the app.
We do not sell personal information. Because content stays on your device, deleting the app removes locally stored case data unless you have backed up your device through Apple’s backup services.
Children should use the app with a parent or guardian if they are under the age required in their region to consent to data processing. If you believe information was submitted in error, contact us using the support section below.
We may update this policy to reflect product or legal changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
